SUP Yoga

Paddle Boarding Palm Beach proudly welcomes our newest member, and SUP Yoga instructor, Julie Allen! Julie is a South Florida native,; SUP instructor, yoga guru and health and wellness enthusiast here in West Palm Beach. She has dedicated her life to practicing yoga and sharing with those around her. Her years of experience and love she has for what she does, is demonstrated in every class that she teaches. SUP Yoga has become increasingly popular, and as such, Julie has expanded her skills out onto the water. Paddle Fit

SUP FIT is Paddle Boarding Palm Beach’s new-featured fitness class. Combining the adventure of stand up paddle boarding with the world of fitness we have created a dynamic SUP FIT class for all to enjoy. Taking exercise outdoors and doing sprints and squats on the beach, makes this unique SUP FIT class like no other. Join us every Saturday morning at 9AM!
